About us

EARS Inc is an Australian not-for-profit, non-denominational Christian association of audiologists, audiometrists and allied health care professionals dedicated to the training and equipping of health workers in developing countries so that they can assist in the rehabilitation of the hearing impaired who would otherwise not have the capacity or opportunity to overcome their disability.

EARS Inc provides ongoing training and support to local workers of health clinics, hospitals, deaf schools and mission groups in developing countries. Through the training, these volunteers are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to rehabilitate people with hearing loss, and help them become self-sufficient and independent.

EARS Inc. works in partnership with other aid organisations who are already established and working in developing countries and accept the ministry of EARS Inc.

EARS Inc is dedicated to serving and addressing the needs of those affected by hearing impairment and deafness who live in the developing world, irrespective of nationality, race, gender or religion. An important element of our ministry is to respect the dignity, religious and ethnic identity of the communities in which we serve while at the same time showing the love of Jesus through our words and actions.
